Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Vangelis packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
